The Mission and Story

Mental health has always been a subject of deep interest to me. One of the greatest challenges surrounding it is the persistent negative narrative, which leads many to hide their struggles. In a world where people often seem happy on the outside, many choose silence for fear of being a burden or viewed differently. I’ve always believed that there aren’t enough avenues for those who suffer in silence. Clothing, as a form of self-expression, offers a unique opportunity. By subtly incorporating messages about mental health and mindfulness, and normalizing the experience of struggling, we can help create a space where people feel less alone in their journey.

In the spring of 2024, I conducted a systematic review evaluating the relationship between men’s self-perceived clothing styles and their mental health. Using an evidence-based management approach, my findings revealed a direct association between higher self-esteem and mental well-being in men and their self-perceived clothing style.

Style With Intention

Creating Community

Bringing people together means everything to us. Creating a place where the invisible feel seen, where those that are struggling feel welcomed, and where there is no negative stigma surrounding the term 'mental health. A community that is built from openness, mindfulness, and understanding.

Subtle Designs

All of our designs are handmade drawings. The minimal look and earthy tones are designed to comfort both the wearer and those around them. These creations are purposefully made not to overwhelm, but to calm.

Encouraging Conversations

Clothing is one of the best forms of self-expression, which is a great way to spark conversation and create connection. Our designs contain mindfulness practices, allowing wearers to share their unique journeys and inspire others to explore ways they can practice positive mental health in their daily lives.
